Job summary

Lovesac in Emeryville, CA is seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to connect with customers, demonstrate products, and drive in-store sales while delivering exceptional service. You’ll greet clients, maintain an energetic sales floor, build lasting relationships, and help customers design spaces with Lovesac Sacs and Sactionals.

This on-site role requires 1 year of retail or customer-service experience and flexibility for weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Qualifications

18 years of age or older.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
Must regularly work during high-traffic and peak selling periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
Able to travel to local stores, if required, and to use internal CRM systems to enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

Greet clients with energy and optimism, actively selling while following Lovesac selling process.
Drive results by building genuine connections that foster loyalty and repeat business.
Own the customer journey end-to-end, uncover needs, deliver exceptional service, and build lasting relationships.
Demonstrate strong product knowledge and create a fun, engaging experience, delivering brand tours and confidently closing sales.
Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs through disciplined execution.
