Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You’ll provide an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on AE & Aerie products, and build brand loyalty with every guest.

You’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom while upholding policy and company values. You should be energetic, enjoy interacting with people, and be available evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is preferred.
• Available evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Energetic and personable with a friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests and explain the AEO selling model.
• Educate guests about AE & Aerie products and suggest solutions.
• Promote the loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following policy.
• Collaborate with team to get the job done.
