Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store, providing an amazing shopping experience and building brand loyalty with every guest. You will educate guests on AE and Aerie products, explain the loyalty program, and flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom while upholding store policies.

Ideal candidates are energetic, great with people, available evenings, weekends and holidays, and have prior retail experience.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• Energetic and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• You're a people person! You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they're looking for, and you do so with a "friends first" mindset.
• You're passionate about AE & Aerie product! Educate guests on product details and make product suggestions.
• You share the brand love! Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• You can hang! Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• You're an innovative problem solver! Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
