Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters (AEO) is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store. You will deliver an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on products, promote the loyalty program, and adapt across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom.

You’ll partner with the team to resolve guest concerns while upholding policy and integrity. Ideal candidates love interaction, energy, and can handle fast-paced hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model with a friendly, tell-and-sell approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make fitting recommendations.
