Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador who brings brand energy to every guest interaction. You’ll be the face of our brand, helping shoppers discover products and earning loyalty through excellent service.

This role requires enthusiasm, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced store, and a willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays. You’ll collaborate across the floor and stockroom while upholding our values.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to engage customers with a friendly, 'friends first' approach.
• Willing to move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support the team to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to policies.
