Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Brand Experience Supervisor to partner with the Brand Experience Leader in developing outstanding associates and delivering exceptional consumer experiences. The role focuses on leadership, coaching, and driving growth across the store while representing our values and product knowledge.

You will lead a team in a fast-paced retail environment, manage daily operations, and ensure a safe, engaging customer experience on peak days and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, consumer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory experience, preferably in retail.
• Ability to foster a consumer-focused selling culture.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as leader on duty, addressing consumer experience and maintenance issues.
• Partner with leadership to support action plans and execute operational activities.
• Perform opening/closing routines including bank deposits and receipt of shipments.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to leadership.
• Lead in-store consumer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with consumers through uncovering needs and recommendations.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to improve selling and the consumer experience.
• Reinforce selling expectations, performance, results, and accountability.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and adherence to policies.
