Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking an Assistant Brand Experience Leader to partner with Brand Experience leadership to develop outstanding associates and deliver exceptional consumer experiences. You will help drive growth across Bath & Body Works through leadership on duty, coaching, and managing performance.

The role emphasizes leading a consumer-focused selling culture, building strong teams, and delivering sales results while maintaining brand standards and safety.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, consumer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior leadership experience, preferably in retail.
• Thrives in a consumer-first retail environment.
• Able to foster a consumer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication, open to feedback, adaptable.
• Ability to provide in-the-moment coaching to associates.
• Ability to de-escalate store and consumer situations effectively.
• Able to meet physical demands as described (standing/walking/lifting).
• Available to work peak days/times including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce performance expectations, goals, and accountability with all associates.
• Act as leader on duty to address consumer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Support action plans to improve results and ensure effective execution of operations.
• Implement and sustain floorset direction to showcase product stories.
• Perform opening/closing routines and interpret company directives.
• Set daily direction for the team and provide feedback to leaders.
• Lead in-store consumer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to improve selling and consumer experience.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies.
