Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking an Assistant Brand Experience Leader to partner with the Brand Experience Leader in developing outstanding associates and delivering consistent consumer experiences across our stores.

You will guide leadership on duty, set daily goals, coach teams, and drive performance while maintaining exceptional in-store experiences and ensuring strong product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, consumer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership experience in a retail setting with coaching and development of associates.
• Strong communication skills, adaptability, and customer-focused selling culture.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce performance expectations and goals for all associates.
• Lead on-duty responsibilities addressing consumer experience and store operations.
• Collaborate with brand experience leadership to implement action plans.
