Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the AE experience to life in-store. You will greet guests with energy, educate them on AE and Aerie products, and build loyalty with every interaction.

You will move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, solving guest concerns while upholding company policies and brand values. Prior retail experience and a passion for people are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and energy for a fast-paced retail setting.
• Able to learn AE and Aerie product details and confidently make recommendations.
• Willingness to promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model and a friends-first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE and Aerie products and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals and maintain brand standards.
• Represent the brand with integrity and follow all policies.
