American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store and deliver an amazing shopping experience.

You’ll engage guests with energy, educate them on AE & Aerie products, and promote our loyalty program while flexing across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom. You’ll support your team and uphold brand standards every shift.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model with a friendly, 'friends first' approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure great service and achieve store goals.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
