Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store, delivering an exceptional shopping experience. You are the face of the brand, passionate about AE & Aerie products, and eager to educate guests while building loyalty.

You will flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom, resolving guest concerns, and upholding company policies with integrity. This role emphasizes teamwork and a friendly, energetic approach.

Qualifications

• You are a people person with strong interpersonal skills.
• A passion for AE & Aerie products and ability to educate guests on product details.
• Ability to build brand loyalty and communicate the brand story to guests.
• Flexibility to move between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom.
• Strong problem-solving mindset to resolve guest concerns while following policy.
• Team player attitude and willingness to support the store team.
• Adherence to AEO policies, procedures, and integrity in daily actions.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make thoughtful product suggestions.
• Introduce guests to the AE loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between multiple store areas as needed (Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, Stockroom).
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while adhering to company policy.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth store operations and achieve goals.
• Uphold integrity and professional standards in all interactions.
