The role focuses on coaching, talent development, and executing strategic plans to ensure a compelling in-store experience and aligned brand storytelling.

Qualifications

• Experience managing store teams and delivering sales and guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to attract, develop and retain top talent across a store leadership group.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coach and mentor associates.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent including the brand experience leadership team.
• Set and reinforce clear performance expectations, results goals, and accountability with all associates through effective and fair leadership.
• Responsible for owning and delegating leadership tasks to address consumer experience, vendor relationship, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with the brand experience leadership team to support action plans that improve results and ensure effective execution of operational activities.
• Implement and sustain floorset direction to optimize the business and bring the product story to life.
• Meet payroll targets by ensuring appropriate sales floor coverage and maintaining a selling focus.
