You will lead shifts, mentor associates, and ensure product knowledge, visual presentation, and store standards are maintained.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability for peak days and varied shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Ability to meet physical demands including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead as acting Brand Experience Leader on duty when scheduled.
• Provide feedback to leadership and drive in-store experiences.
• Demonstrate selling behaviors with strong product knowledge and customer focus.
