Job summary

Bath & Body Works in the United States seeks a Brand Experience Key Holder to help deliver sales plans through strong store leadership and outstanding customer experiences. You will act as a leader on duty, coach associates, and support operations and visual standards.

You’ll drive in-store engagement, enroll customers in rewards, and uphold safety, policies, and company values while working peak hours, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in retail environment.
• Proven sales and consumer experience in fast-paced setting.
• Able to coach associates and de-escalate store and consumer situations.
• Available for varied shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for leadership tasks as delegated by the Brand Experience Leader including acting as a leader on duty, when scheduled, to address consumer experience, vendor relationship, or maintenance issues.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to leadership.
• Lead exceptional in-store consumer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and elevated product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of product, company policies, and store strategies.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits, shipment receipt, and dissemination of directives.
• Create genuine connections with consumers through uncovering needs and personalized recommendations.
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on sales floor and at check-out.
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation and marketing placement.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and adherence to policies.
