Aufgaben

• Lead as a Brand Experience Leader on duty when scheduled, addressing consumer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to leadership.
• Lead in-store consumer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of product, policies, and store strategies.
• Set direction and goals for the day when associates arrive for work.
• Perform opening/closing routines, including bank deposits and shipments.
