The role requires strong selling skills, product knowledge, and the ability to coach associates. You will oversee opening/closing routines and help maintain a safe, engaging store environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as Brand Experience Leader on duty to address consumer experience and store operations.
• Provide performance feedback and guidance to leadership.
• Lead in-store experiences through product knowledge and selling behaviors rooted in company values.
• Keep knowledge of product, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily/shift goals and ensure smooth opening/closing procedures.
• Create connections with customers, perform product demonstrations, and provide personalized recommendations.
• Drive Rewards program enrollment and engagement at sales points.
• Assist with floorset execution and visual merchandising as needed.
