Responsibilities

• Drive sales by delivering an exceptional client experience and supporting sales teams.
• Partner with Store Manager to create action plans that achieve financial results.
• Partner with Store Manager to build strategies to increase sales and curate strong teams.
• Take ownership of the sales floor and ensure top-priority client experience.
• Assist with payroll processing and recruitment in partnership with the Store Manager.
