Job summary

Strategic Group, a full-scale marketing agency, seeks a Brand Advocate to be the frontline face of Gallo Spirits in on-premises channels. You will engage consumers, drive trial, and energize activations through improvisational approach and brand storytelling.

You will work nights and weekends, train staff, and represent brands with confidence and charisma while ensuring materials and scripts are followed. This role supports experiential programs and promotions.

Qualifications

• Speak intelligently and professionally deliver brand messaging as trained.
• Work independently with enthusiasm, proactivity and self-motivation.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and available nights/weekends.
• Prior agency experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Train account staff and set up as outlined in program materials.
• Perform tastings, promotions and events as trained.
• Represent the brand(s) at activations and deliver key facts and scripts.
• Engage consumers to favor the featured brand(s) during activations.
• Accept POSM materials, log inventory and arrive with materials.
• Pass training exams to activate events.
