Job summary

Bath & Body Works in Cedar Falls, IA seeks a Brand Experience Key Holder to support delivering sales plans through effective store execution. You will lead duties, coach teams, and ensure outstanding customer experiences with deep product knowledge.

You’ll drive rewards enrollment, manage opening/closing routines, and help styling and merchandising efforts while maintaining safety and visual standards across peak days and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as leader on duty to address consumer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to leadership.
• Lead in-store consumer experiences with selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of product, policies, and store strategies.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift.
• Open/close routines including bank deposits, shipments, and directives.
• Create connections with consumers through needs discovery and recommendations.
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement.
• Assist with floorset, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement.
• Maintain safety standards and store cleanliness.
• Leaders work peak days and hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; opening/closing shifts.
