Job summary

AEO is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store, delivering an amazing shopping experience and making guests' day better.

You’ll engage customers with the AEO Selling Model, educate on AE and Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while flexing across salesfloor, fitting room, and stockroom. If you love retail and teamwork, you might be a great fit for our REAL-brand family.

Qualifications

• Availability evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage each guest using the AEO Selling Model to find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE and Aerie products and suggest suitable options.
• Introduce the AELOyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with the team to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adherence to policies.
