Job summary

Aerie is a fast-growing lifestyle brand known for its intimates, apparel, activewear, and swim collections. As a Brand Ambassador for AEO, you will be the face of the store, delivering an amazing shopping experience and representing our values with integrity.

You will engage guests, educate them on products, promote loyalty programs, and flex across salesfloor and stockroom while solving guest concerns with a friendly, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Retail-centric interpersonal skills and guest engagement experience.
• Passion for AE & Aerie products and brand storytelling.
• Ability to adapt to multiple store zones and assist teammates.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest fitting items.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
