Job summary

AEO in Pineville, NC is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You will deliver an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on AE and Aerie products, and build brand loyalty with every interaction.

You are the face of our brand and you pride yourself on representing our values with authenticity. You’ll flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, collaborate with teammates, and resolve guest questions while following policy.

Qualifications

• Able to work in a fast-paced, guest-facing retail environment.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Comfortable learning AE/Aerie products and loyalty program.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on AE and Aerie products and make recommendations.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Navigate Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while following company policies.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store goals.
