Job summary

AEO is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Raleigh, NC to bring the brand to life in-store, delivering an exceptional shopping experience and representing our company values with authenticity.

You will educate guests on AE & Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom. Prior retail experience is helpful; must be 16+ years old and available evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is a plus.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Strong ability to engage customers and educate on product details.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to help them find products using a friendly, 'friends first' approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and loyalty programs.
• Promote brand channels and store promotions to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policies.
