Job summary

Aerie (AEO) brand ambassador position in-store focuses on delivering an exceptional shopping experience and representing the AE & Aerie brand with passion. You’ll educate guests on products, enroll them in loyalty programs, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom to help guests find exactly what they need.

You should be energized, people-oriented, and available for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Retail experience preferred; AE/Aerie product knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make tailored suggestions.
• Introduce loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Move flexibly between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with team to get the job done.
• Maintain integrity and adhere to policies.
