Job summary

AEO in Wauwatosa, WI is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring AE and Aerie to life in-store. You’ll greet guests, share product knowledge, educate them on our loyalty program, and create a welcoming shopping experience that reflects our brand.

You’re energetic, dependable, and comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous retail experience is a plus, and you’re at least 16 years old. You’ll collaborate with teammates to meet store goals while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Love interacting with people.
• Available to work evenings, weekends & holidays.
• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Retail experience is a plus; 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests and help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make fitting recommendations.
• Introduce the loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Be flexible across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
