Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store and deliver an amazing shopping experience. You’ll be the friendly face greeting guests, sharing product knowledge, and building loyalty through AE & Aerie offerings.

You’ll move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, tackling multiple tasks with energy, positivity and integrity every day.

Qualifications

• Enjoy interacting with guests and building rapport.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Previous retail exposure and knowledge of AE/Aerie products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to assist them.
• Educate guests on AE/Aerie product details and make fitting recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while following company policy.
• Support teammates and contribute to storewide goals.
