Job summary

Brand Ambassador role at AEO seeks an energetic, customer-focused individual to deliver a great shopping experience and represent the brand daily. You’ll educate guests on AE & Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.

Qualifications

• Experience interacting with customers in a retail setting.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• You're a people person! Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest suitable items.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a supportive team member and contribute to store goals.
