Responsibilities

• Lead on duty as scheduled to address consumer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to leadership.
• Lead in-store experiences through selling behaviors rooted in company values and product knowledge.
• Demonstrate knowledge of product, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily direction and goals for the team when shifts begin.
• Perform opening/closing routines including deposits, shipments, and disseminating directives.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs and personalized recommendations.
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on sales floor and at checkout.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, and marketing placement.
