Bath & Body Works in Meadowview, IL is seeking a Brand Experience Key Holder to help deliver the sales plan through effective execution of store and operational tasks. Store leaders act as the front line of our field leadership, combining retail savvy with brand ambassadors' role to engage customers.

You will lead daily priorities, supervise on-duty teams, support training and coaching, and ensure a safe, engaging shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-first retail environment experience.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Proven sales and in-store experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to adapt quickly and accept feedback.
• Capable of coaching associates in the moment.

Responsabilités

• Lead on duty and address consumer experience and operations.
• Provide performance feedback to leadership.
• Lead in-store experiences with product knowledge and selling behaviors.
• Display product knowledge and follow store strategies.
• Set daily shift directions and goals.
• Perform opening/closing routines and manage deposits and shipments.
• Create connections with customers and make personalized recommendations.
• Drive rewards program enrollment at checkout.
• Assist with visual merchandising and marketing placements.
• Meet physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds.
