Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure customers receive a quality in-store experience and to lead the floor as part of the store leadership team. The role focuses on coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates to drive daily sales and maintain store operations on the floor.

The Key Lead will manage opening/closing routines, POS operations, OMNI channel order fulfillment, product knowledge, visual displays, and inventory control while upholding company values.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising retail teams.
