Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Birmingham, AL is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You’ll be the face of the brand, educating guests on AE & Aerie products and loyalty programs, while maintaining brand integrity and guest satisfaction.

The role requires energy, strong people skills, and a willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and stay energized in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to work in evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Passion for AE & Aerie products to educate guests and drive loyalty.
• Previous retail experience is a plus and you must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AE Selling Model to identify needs and guide purchases.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make thoughtful recommendations.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to customers.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store goals and deliver great guest experiences.
