Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You’ll create an amazing shopping experience and build loyalty with guests while representing AE & Aerie values.

You’ll engage customers with the AEO Selling Model, educate them on products, and promote the loyalty program. You’ll move between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting rooms, and stockroom as needed, upholding company policy with integrity.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• At least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they’re looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest options.
• Introduce the loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns while following policy.
• Support your team and help get the job done.
• Maintain integrity and adhere to company policies.
