Old Navy in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a FT Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers and deliver a best-in-class shopping experience. You will educate customers about products, loyalty programs, and use an omni-channel approach to connect with shoppers.

Join a fast-paced team where you’ll engage with customers, support sales floor operations, and help meet store goals through proactive service and collaboration with leadership.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused service provider on and off sales floor.
• Able to work flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and move around store.
• Strong communication with customers and team.

Responsabilités

• Consistently treat customers and colleagues with respect to contribute to a positive work environment.
• Promote loyalty by educating customers about loyalty programs.
• Engage with customers to drive sales using suggestive selling.
• Enhance customer experience using omni-channel offerings.
• Be accountable to personal goals contributing to store results.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house as required.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work center.
• Handle customer interactions and returns courteously and professionally.
• Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.
