Job summary

Old Navy is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers through engaging, knowledgeable service and product education. You will educate, inform, and inspire customers while partnering with leadership to deliver an exceptional omni-channel experience.

You’ll contribute to loyalty programs, drive sales with suggestive selling, and maintain a clean, organized store environment. The role supports flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Good communicator with customers and team to meet goals.
• Customer-focused service provider both on and off the sales floor.
• Passionate about retail and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem solver with a willingness to learn, take feedback, and act.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends.
• Able to use retail technology.
• Capable of moving around the store and lifting up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage and connect with customers to drive sales and service.
• Educate customers on products and loyalty programs.
• Provide exceptional in-store service using omnichannel tools.
• Support sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wrap, and back of house as needed.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
