Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You will greet guests, educate them on AE & Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program, delivering an amazing shopping experience.

You’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and represent AEO values with integrity.

Qualifications

• Love interacting with people.
• Energetic and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Retail experience.
• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make personalized recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support the store team.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies.
