Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life every day, delivering an amazing shopping experience and representing our values with your REAL self.

You’ll engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE and Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom while upholding company policy.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find exactly what they're looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make product suggestions to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Be a team player and help the team get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
