You’ll engage customers using the AEO Selling Model, share product knowledge, promote the loyalty program, and support salesfloor, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.

Ideal candidates are energetic, customer-focused, with retail experience and are at least 16 years old, able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent people skills and a friendly, energetic attitude.
• Willingness to learn the AEO Selling Model and product details.
• Ability to educate guests about AE & Aerie products and loyalty program.
• Flexible to work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
• Commitment to upholding company policies and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays; must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
