Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the store to life and deliver an amazing shopping experience. You are the face of our brand and will help guests find exactly what they need while representing our values.

You’ll educate guests on AE & Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom, and resolve guest concerns with integrity. Prior retail experience is a plus, and you must be at least 16.

Qualifications

• Enjoy interacting with people and delivering an outstanding guest experience.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience preferred but not required for entry-level roles.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the selling model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest options.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support store goals.
• Represent the brand with integrity and adhere to policies.
