Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our store to life. You will engage guests with the AEO Selling Model and deliver an outstanding shopping experience, representing the brand with energy and integrity.

You’ll educate guests on AE and Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. Prior retail experience is a plus; must be at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Able to engage customers and build rapport.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• You're a people person! You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they're looking for, and you do so with a "friends first" mindset.
• You're passionate about AE & Aerie product! Educate guests on product details and make recommendations.
• You share the brand love! Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• You can hang! Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• You're an innovative problem solver! Proactively resolve guest concerns while following policy.
• You're a team player - #teamwork! Assist your team to get the job done.
• You've got integrity! Adhere to AEO's policies & procedures.
