Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Georgia is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store. You’ll engage guests, educate them on AE & Aerie products, and invite them to join the loyalty program while representing our values.

You’ll move between sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed, handle guest concerns, and work with the team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience; must be at least 16 and available evenings, weekends and holidays.

• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AE Selling Model to help them find what they want.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items.
• Share the loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex across sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with teammates to get the job done.
• Uphold company policies and act with integrity.
