Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store and create an amazing shopping experience for every guest.

Engage customers using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE and Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom.

You must love interacting with people, stay energetic in a fast-paced environment, be 16 or older, and be available evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• You’re energetic and can multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• You’re available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You’ve worked in retail before.
• You’re at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make suitable recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Support the team to get the job done with a positive attitude.
• Uphold integrity and brand standards in all interactions.
