Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store. You’ll engage guests, educate them on AE & Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while supporting sales floor operations and maintaining brand standards.

You’ll need energy, love for AE products, and previous retail experience, plus availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. You’ll be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional shopping experiences daily.

Qualifications

• Love interacting with people.
• Energetic and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Previous retail experience.
• At least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest items that fit.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flexibly support the Sales Floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist teammates in achieving store goals.
• Uphold integrity by following AEO’s policies and procedures.
