Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the AE brand to life in-store, delivering an outstanding shopping experience and building brand loyalty with every guest.

You’ll learn the AEO Selling Model, educate customers on AE & Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while supporting team goals. Availability during peak times including evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You are energetic and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You are available during peak shopping times, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You have prior retail experience.
• You are at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a friends-first mindset.
• You educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make suggestions that fit their needs.
• You introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• You adapt to any zone—sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room or stockroom—depending on the store’s needs.
• You proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• You support your teammates and assist them in getting the job done.
• You act with integrity, following all AEO policies and procedures.
