In this role, you will meet sales KPI targets, support floor sets, replenishment, and participate in training programs aimed at maintaining Ralph Lauren standards and policies across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred
• Ability to communicate with customers and staff
• Knowledge of fashion and styling beneficial

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service with a customer-first mindset
• Understands and meets sales objectives and KPIs
• Collaborates with team to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales plans
• Assists customers in fitting rooms and maintains store standards
• Maintains store visual standards and supports floor sets and replenishment
• Participates in trainings and company initiatives
• Balances tasks while prioritizing the Ralph Lauren experience and customer satisfaction
