Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in brand ambassador, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, events or promotions preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory.
• Engage adult tobacco consumers in compliant conversations about products.
• Verify age eligibility and ensure interactions comply with policies and guidelines.
• Distribute promotional materials and collect surveys and feedback.
• Document activity results and reporting through designated systems.
• Travel throughout the territory to support retail visits and events.
