Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking energetic Brand Ambassadors to represent a premium tobacco brand at retail locations across the territory. You will engage adult consumers through one-on-one conversations, explain promotions, and gather feedback while traveling within the region.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Experience in brand ambassador, retail sales, or customer service preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory.
Engage adult tobacco consumers in compliant conversations about products.
Verify age eligibility and comply with company policies, local regulations, and program guidelines.
Administer consumer surveys and collect market feedback and insights.
Distribute approved promotional materials and consumer offers, including coupons and incentives.
Educate consumers on available promotions.
Encourage purchase consideration through consultative consumer engagement.
Travel throughout the territory to support scheduled retail visits and events.
