Job summary

2020 Companies is hiring full-time Brand Ambassadors to represent a premium tobacco brand at retail locations across the territory. You will engage adult consumers through one-on-one conversations, introduce brand offerings, gather feedback, and distribute promotional offers to create memorable brand experiences.

This role requires travel within the territory, is suitable for individuals 21+, with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

Outgoing and personable with strong verbal communication.
Comfortable engaging adults in conversations in a retail setting.
Reliable, professional, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory.
Engage adult tobacco consumers in compliant conversations about products.
Verify age eligibility and ensure interactions comply with policies and regulations.
Administer consumer surveys and collect market feedback and insights.
Distribute approved promotional materials and consumer offers, including coupons.
Educate consumers on available promotions and encourage purchase consideration.
Build positive relationships with store personnel and management.
Document activity results and survey completion through reporting systems.
Travel throughout the territory to support scheduled visits and events.
