The role requires energy, reliability, and a willingness to travel within the territory. You should be comfortable standing for long periods and building rapport with customers and store staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous promo/retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory.
• Engage adult tobacco consumers in meaningful, compliant conversations.
• Verify age eligibility and ensure all interactions comply with policies and regulations.
• Administer consumer surveys and collect market feedback.
• Distribute promotional materials and consumer offers; educate on promotions.
• Build relations with store personnel and document activity results.
