Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in brand ambassador, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or events is preferred.
• Comfortable engaging with adult consumers in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled retail activations within a geographic territory.
• Engage adult tobacco consumers in compliant conversations about products.
• Verify age eligibility and ensure interactions comply with policies and regulations.
• Distribute promotions and collect feedback through surveys.
• Document activity results and reporting in designated systems.
