2020 Companies is hiring full-time Brand Ambassadors to represent a premium tobacco brand at retail locations across Michigan's Sturgis territory. This highly interactive role involves engaging adult consumers through one-on-one conversations, distributing promotional offers, and collecting feedback.

No tobacco industry experience is required—just a great personality and confidence in engaging with people. You must be 21+, have reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Ability to travel within the territory and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory.
• Engage adult tobacco consumers in compliant conversations about tobacco products.
• Verify age eligibility and ensure interactions comply with policies and regulations.
• Administer consumer surveys and collect feedback and insights.
• Distribute approved promotional materials and offers, including coupons.
• Educate consumers on promotions and drive engagement.
• Build positive relationships with store personnel and management.
• Document activity results and survey completion through reporting systems.
• Travel throughout the territory to support retail visits and events.
